Nariño's mineral-rich volcanic soils impart a natural complexity and depth that define our coffee's distinctive character. Nourished by these ancient nutrients, every harvest develops a unique profile and rich body that simply cannot be replicated.
At over two kilometers high, our beans mature slowly, concentrating natural sugars and complex acids. We perform a rigorous double selection, hand-picking only the most vibrant red cherries to ensure a perfectly balanced, specialty-grade harvest.

We push the boundaries of flavor with a 22-hour fruit co-fermentation in hermetically sealed tanks. This is followed by a 20-day slow-drying period on raised beds to ensure a clean, stable, and superior profile.
A medium roast reveals a bright, tangerine-like acidity and a silky body. Expect a sophisticated cup with balanced notes of Red Apple, Panela (cane sugar), and Raw Cacao that finishes with a clean, lingering sweetness.
